Broccoli Dijon

Ingredients
- 1 -1 1⁄2 lb broccoli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the stalk.
- Steam or boil until tender but still firm and bright green.
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic about 5 minutes until tender but not brown.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir over low heat.
- Spoon the sauce over the broccoli and serve immediately.
