Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
- 1⁄2 cup margarine or 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Beat eggs and add margarine. Add other ingredients.
- Pour into greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
