Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 (10 1/2ounce) broth cans water
- 4 cups frozen chopped broccoli or 4 cups fresh broccoli
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook onion in Italian dressing and margarine until tender.
- Add broth, water, and broccoli.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- Add milk and heat through.
- Add cheese, stirring until melted.
