Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 3⁄4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Directions
- Heat the first 6 ingredients until boiling, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Combine milk, flour, paprika and salt and add to broth.
- Cook until thickens and then add cheese until melted.
- This recipe is able to be frozen and reheated later.
