Broccoli Cheddar "pie"

Ingredients
- 6 cups broccoli florets, thawed and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mixing until well blended.
- Spoon into a 10-inch quiche plate or deep dish pie plate.
- Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
