Broccoli Casserole Fit for a King

Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 slices American cheese
- 10 1⁄2 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix (box)
- Ritz cracker crumbs (24 crackers)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix the cornbread mix as directed.
- Add one egg to mix if the mix does not call for it.
- Spray casserole dish with Pam.
- Place frozen broccoli in bottom of dish.
- Stir in soup, cornbread mix, salt and pepper.
- Drop teaspoons of cream cheese throughout the dish, making pockets of cream cheese.
- Tear strips of the american cheese and lay across the casserole.
- Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
