Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- oregano
Directions
- Steam broccoli and cauliflower until crisp-tender. Drain.
- Put in greased 9x9 oven proof baking dish.
- Mix up next five ingredients and pour over veggies.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and crumble oregano over.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
