Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or regular milk)
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup ice cube
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender, starting with liquids, until smooth.
- Serve in a pretty glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries.
