Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
Directions
- Place all ingredints in blender an pluse until smooth.
- Smoothie will be very thick.
- If you like sweeter smoothies add 1-3 tbls. of honey.
