Blueberry Oatcake

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2⁄3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
Directions
- Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine blueberries, flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and eggs.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into dry ingredients and stir until blended.
- Spoon into pan.
- Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
