Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 175 g yogurt
- 50 ml advocaat
- 30 ml lemon-flavored vodka
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons blueberry preserves
Directions
- Shake first 4 ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Put blueberry jelly in the bottom of a cocktail glass.
- Strain the drink over the jelly in glass.
- Garnish with a crushed digestive cracker and some grated lemon peel.
