Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 banana, peeled and broken into pieces
- 24 frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk or 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 1⁄3 cup rolled oats
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it all turns blueish purple.
- Pour into a large glass. Enjoy!
