Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 2 (15 7/8ounce) cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic, undrained
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and ham; saute 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Stir in peas and remaining ingredients and cook until heated.
