Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can fat free black beans, with juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- cayenne, hot sauce (I like it spicy) (optional)
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients together.
- Serve with lowfat tortilla chips, crackers or wedges of pita bread.
