Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 160 ml orange juice
- 1 cup drinking yogurt (apricot or berry)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup skim milk natural yogurt
- 1 cup sultana
- 100 g mixed fresh fruit (sliced bananas, strawberries, apple)
- 50 g slivered almonds
Directions
- Combine rolled oats, juice, drinking yogurt, honey and yogurt. Stand overnight.
- Add fruit and mix well. Add almonds and service.
