Best Greek Pork Burgers

Serves: 6-8

Yields: 6-8 burgers

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs ground pork
  • 1  egg, slightly beaten
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup  greek  vinaigrette dressing (for more robust flavor use 1/2 cup add'l dressing no milk)
  •  fresh coarse cracked pepper
  • 34-1  cup  plain breadcrumbs
  • 12 cup  sliced black olives, chopped once (coarse)
  • 34 cup  crumbled feta cheese
  •  buns or   pita bread
  •  greek mayonnaise
  • for greek mayonnaise

  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup  greek  vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Let stand in fridge for 30 minutes to slightly set. Form patties grill over low to med low heat to keep from burning. Cook well done. Serve with mayo mixture, lettuce, and tomato. Enjoy!
