Berry Yoghurt Smoothie

Yields: 2 smoothies
Ingredients
- 10 strawberries, hulled
- 25 raspberries
- 25 blueberries
- 1 1⁄4 cups yogurt
Directions
- Mix the berries and yoghurt with a blender until smooth.
- Drink immediately.
- Serving suggestion: Freeze once made, and leave overnight. In the morning, place in a food processor until smooth. Add sugar or lemonade if desired. This makes a sorbet-like dessert.
