Berry Bonanza Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop whey protein, mix vanilla
- 1 cup packed raw spinach (or more if you can get away with it!)
- 1⁄2 cup greek plain yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until well mixed. The banana and whey protein mix add the perfect amount of sweetness!
