Beer Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 small onion
- 1⁄2 cup beer
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons catsup or 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Chop onion fine.
- Crush garlic.
- Put everything in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Stop beating when you have the texture you want.
- Serve at room temperature.
