Beer Cheese Soup

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 celery soup
- 1 leek soup mix
- 1⁄2 French onion soup mix
- 5 cups water
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
- 6 ounces beer, at room temperature
Directions
- Combine all soups mixes and water and simmer on medium until thick. Slowly add cheese, stir until smooth and add beer. Serve. Leftovers can be frozen and thawed in fridge.
