Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1⁄2 medium cabbage (shredded)
- 3 carrots (peeled, grated)
- 2 bay leaves (ground)
Directions
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add onion. Saute 5 minutes.
- Add beef. Brown. Season.
- Add the cabbage, carrots and bay leaves. Saute until crisp tender.
