Battered Summer Squash Pasta

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg
- ground peppercorn
- 0.5 (8 ounce) packet linguine
- oil
- salt
- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 cup broccoli floret
Directions

- Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk.
- Dip veggies in batter, then deep fry in hot oil.
- Boil linguini till al dente.
- roll in battered squash.
- Add salt and pepper.
