Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel (or lime)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons mixed spice (of your choice, like from the ones I've published)
Directions
- Place meat in freezer bag. Pour in marinade. Rub to distribute well. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
