Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons brandy
Directions
- Peel bananas.
- Slice lengthwise and place in a flat roaster.
- Add sugar, butter and rum.
- Cover and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes more.
