Bananas Foster

Ingredients
- 5 yellow bananas (not to ripe)
- 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup dark rum
Directions
- Slice the bananas in half and then lengthwise.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter with the brown sugar.
- Add the bananas to the mixture and poke a few holes in them with a fork.
- Turn only once and add the liquor.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
