Banana-Raisin Oat Bread

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons malted barley syrup
- 1⁄3 cup rolled oats
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast or 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 3 tablespoons golden raisins
- 2⁄3 cup toasted chopped walnuts
Directions
- Cut butter into small cubes.
- add ingredients in order specified by bread machine.
- Select whole-where or basic bread, medium crust.
- bake in machine or oven loaf pan 350 for 30 minutes.
