Banana-Pineapple Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 banana, ripe
- 8 (1 g) packets sugar substitute
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- fresh pineapple slice, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 serving glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
