Banana Orange Frozen Push-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2  medium bananas
  • 6  ounces  orange juice, frozen concentrate unsweetened
  • 12 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
  • 12 cup water
  • 1  cup yogurt, low-fat

Directions

  1. Peel and slice bananas.
  2. Put into a blender or food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and blend until foamy.
  5. Pour into small paper cups and freeze.
  6. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup.
