Balsamic Pan Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 ounces broccoli, fresh
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet coated with non stick cooking spray over medium heat.
- Add broccoli.
- Cook, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or unitl light browned and crisp tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Add vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat.
