Baked Hash Browns

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 kg) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 13 cup  salad dressing or 13 cup yogurt
  • 2  cups  medium cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 1  cup milk
  • 12 onion, chopped
  •  salt and pepper
  •  crushed  corn flakes or   breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs.
  2. Bake 350°F uncovered for 1 hour.
