  1. Dip chicken in egg mixture.
  2. Coat with bread crumbs seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Put in refrigrator for 1 hour, so coating will stick better.
  4. Melt butter in baking dish.
  5. Place chicken skin side up in pan and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, turning once during bsking.
