Baked Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken
- 1 egg, slightly beaten with
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1⁄4 lb butter or 1⁄4 lb margarine
Directions
- Dip chicken in egg mixture.
- Coat with bread crumbs seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Put in refrigrator for 1 hour, so coating will stick better.
- Melt butter in baking dish.
- Place chicken skin side up in pan and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, turning once during bsking.
