Baby Greens With Soy Sauce-Garlic Dressing

A delicious Asian-inspired salad. Amount of garlic can be changed depending on personal taste. You can add a couple sprigs of cilantro at the end. Show more

Ingredients

  • Dressing

  • 4  tablespoons soy sauce (I use low sodium)
  • 1 12 tablespoons  sesame oil
  • 2  teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2  tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2  teaspoons garlic, minced
  • Salad

  • 4  cups  mixed baby greens
  • 12 cup  canned corn
  • 1  small shallot, finely chopped
  • 14 cup  crisp chow mein noodles
  • 1  small carrot, shredded finely

Directions

  1. Dressing:
  2. Combine all ingredients for dressing in small bowl and whisk well.
  3. Salad:.
  4. Combine mixed baby geens, corn, shallot, chow mein noodles and carrot in large bowl.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
  6. Season with freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
