Artichoke Dip

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 10 ounces grated cheese (any kind you like)
- 1⁄8 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon green onion top, chopped very fine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except the artichokes; microwave for 2 minutes only. Stir until it becomes a smooth blended cream.
- Add chopped artichoke hearts; stir and microwave 7 more minutes. Stir and serve.
