Artichoke Dip

Serves: 6-10
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichokes
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a processor and mix. Place in a casserole dish and cover. Bake for 20-30 minutes. You may want to take the cover off for a few minutes to make the top more crusty.
- Serve with cut up French baguettes or tortilla chips.
