Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- paprika
Directions
- Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwavable pie plate.
- Mix artichokes, butter and garlic, spoon over cream cheese evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
