Ingredients
- 3 apples, peeled
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Cut apples into quarters.
- Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and puree.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
