Anytime Salad

Ingredients
- 2 finely chopped cucumbers
- 2 finely chopped green onions
- 2 red and firm tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 cups yoghurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 8 mint leaves (for garnishing)
Directions
- Take a big salad bowl and mix all the ingredients.
- Allow to stand in the fridge or out of it for 15-20 minutes for the flavours to set in.
- Enjoy!
