Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked beans
- 2 tablespoons grated onions
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Mash beans thoroughly.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Spread on yummy whole grain bread and top with sprouts and other veggies.
