Another Chili Recipe, but This is the Best!!

i've eaten a LOT of chili before and this one is by far the best I've ever had. The recipe is mild, but I add Tabasco and Cayenne Pepper to taste for those who like it spicier. A friend gave this to me, and it's been the hit at every party I've made it for! trust me! Show more

  1. Clean and dice all the peppers first. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Fry the onion in the oil until golden brown. Add the ground beef and cook through. Then add garlic, peppers, chili beans, tomatoes and tomato paste. last add the corn. Mix thoroughly and heat up. Finally add the spices and the chili con carne mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to very low and co for 2h. Stir every 20-30 minutes.
  3. The result is even better if you cook the day prior, then warm everything up again the day of the meal.
