Amy's Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne or 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in sauce pan.
- Heat until thickened.
- Can be doubled easily.
- Freezes nicely.
