  1. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Stir-fry turkey strips over medium heat until done.
  3. Remove turkey from pan.
  4. Add garlic, frozen stir fry peppers, and mushrooms and cook on medium heat until done.
  5. Return the turkey back with veggies to heat.
  6. Serve black beans heated as a side dish.
  7. Stuff fajitas into wheat pita, add yogurt or sour cream and salsa.
  8. You may also use any kind of your favorite seasonings on these tasty but low fat fajitas.
