Almond Wheat Germ Muffins

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup melted butter
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup coconut (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Throw everything in a bowl and mix until well blended.
- Pour batter into greased or lined muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
