Almond Loaf

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 ounces cooked ham, sliced diced very fine
- 2 ounces pine nuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the eggs and yogurt in a bowl. Mix in the two flours and baking powder.
- Add the spices, chopped ham and nuts. Mix well and pour into a buttered or sprayed loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Allow the loaf to cool and serve cut into cubes.
