Almond Loaf

This easy quick bread can be served as an appetizer or just a small snack between meals.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the eggs and yogurt in a bowl. Mix in the two flours and baking powder.
  3. Add the spices, chopped ham and nuts. Mix well and pour into a buttered or sprayed loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Allow the loaf to cool and serve cut into cubes.
