All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Mix

This flour mix is the best I've found for making anything gluten free. This is what I call my All-Purpose flour mix. See my pancake recipe, omg, so yummy! I have no idea on # of servings, so don't pay attn to that number. It truly depends on what you use it for. Works great in Recipe #1491159 and Southern Biscuit Muffins!

Ingredients

• 2  cups  rice flour, white
• 2⁄3 cup cornstarch
• 1⁄3 cup tapioca flour
• 1  teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions

1. Blend & store in fridge or freezer.
2. Use in any recipe calling for all-purpose flour. Thickens incredibly.
