Alison's Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 -10 artichoke hearts
- 1 cup tomato salsa
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions
- Spread cream cheese in 9x13 glass baking dish. Crush artichoke hearts with your finger; spread over cream cheese. Cover with salsa, and top with cheese,.
- Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, until cheese starts to bubble. Dip will be extremely hot; allow to cool 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with nachos or grilled panini bread.
