Hi, I am just getting back into cooking after working for many years so I appreciate everyone's contributions. Unfortunately I have to alter many due to dietary issues - no oils, calcium deficiency, high cholesterol, and diabetes so if I find something terrific I will comment along with the changes I had to make due to the above. Please don't take offense but I just want others to see how they can adjust recipes for health issues so they may be encouraged to experiment. Some don't work as well as others but having a terrific recipe to start with really helps out.
