I am a beverage specialist: soy tea lattes, hot chocolate, smoothies. I am a super picky eater. In the kitchen a LOT because of it. Love food. Hate cleaning the kitchen. Local Organic No high fructose corn syrup. Much less wheat, more spelt. No yeast. Hardly any meat, but must come from sustainable, organic, pasture based situation (ideally). Hardly any dairy. Trying to cut the sugar addiction everlasting. More vegetables & greens. Fruit is high in sugar but great. Packaging = boo, hiss Beans and legumes = working to increase Tofu = helps to have protein I am an artist; I am a curator; I value my time more than working; live for vacation; and I am helping to save the world.
