I've recently become obsessed with sourdough. I've tried different variations of starters, and I've found 2 I like. I've modified them to meet my needs, and they live comfortably on my kitchen counter. I love making things with the starter...from bread to pie crust. I'm always looking for new recipes to try. My favorite yet is the pie crust recipe I developed from another recipe.
