I love to cook and I love genealogy. I have traced some branches of my family back to the early 1500's in France. I'm famous (with family and friends) for my Doberge Cake, Crawfish Etouffee, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Apricot Chicken, Cheesecake, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Mississippi Mud Pie, Banana Pudding, and many other family favorites.
