I like to cook roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots and onions all together in the same roasting pan. Then I make gravy and mashed potatoes (yes two different types of potatoes) and some peas all served up together in a mess on a plate. Oh, I forgot, I also make Yorkshire pudding. We call that Sunday Dinner. Then we have homemade apple pie with Birds Custard over it. Sounds like a lot, but we just take small portions and eat off it for a few days. I make Shepherds Pie, sometimes I shred the meat and warm it up in B.B.Q. sauce and serve it on hamburger buns with french fries and beans.
